Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Cuttify ("the Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Cuttify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By using Cuttify, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Cuttify is a web-based tool that processes images you provide to extract outlines and generate 3D-printable STL files for cookie cutters. The Service is provided as-is for personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the cookie cutters you produce. By using Cuttify, you agree that you will not:
You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant Cuttify a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your STL file. We do not store, use, or distribute your images beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
The Cuttify name, logo, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Cuttify and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
STL files generated by Cuttify are provided for your personal or commercial use. We make no guarantees about the printability, food safety, structural integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated files. You assume all responsibility for how generated files are used, printed, and applied.
Cookie cutters produced using Cuttify-generated STL files are 3D-printed objects. We strongly recommend:
Cuttify is not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or damages arising from the use of printed cookie cutters.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuttify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
